| Traditions keep our cars running. But there's so much more to it. They're professional, friendly, reliable. They really know what they're talking about, but are always polite in explaining what you need, never talking down to you. They understand customer service, and really do care about your needs. I think of them as friends. I wish my doctor were this good. |

| Always friendly and professional. No "hidden" agenda. You are told what it is going to cost before any work done. They even have a courtesy car available, and have driven me home on occasion. I trust them. |

| Tremendous service and honesty. No additional or extraneous services or fees were added, and all suggestions were reasonable and well explained. Options were given to best budget my money, including ways to avoid unnecessary costs altogether. Will not hesitate to use them again, even though I'm in the middle of the city and they are in Scarborough. |

| As I posted on your Facebook page, you guys are awesome! I had an un-drivable SmartCar (which is a nightmare because so few mechanics can/will work on them). Traditions had the tires in stock (!) and had them installed and balanced the same day. You were also kind enough to show me the thumb-sized hole in my old one, and explain that the tread on both was very worn-out (which is why I'd been sliding around). Thank you! |

| The great level of service, communication, commitment and integrity provided by Traditions Auto are without a doubt why I keep coming back to them for any car issue I have. The team deals with you in a respectful and professional manner ? even when they?re delivering bad news about a repair issue. Steve will always keep you informed about things he sees that will cause problems down the road and need to be considered later, if not immediately. I don?t think I could find better service or better people to work with. |

| I have been going to Traditions for more than 5 years and it is by far the best auto service shop I have used. From the first time I dropped in and Steve fixed a problem with my brakes, at no charge because it wasn't safe for me to drive, I was a customer for life. The waiting area is immaculate and in addition to offering a selection of coffees and teas,there are many current magazines and papers to read while you wait. I think the service is excellent and the rates are fair. Steve and Michelle are great, greet me by name and make me feel like a valued customer. The website is easy to use and centralizes my service history so I no longer have to keep all the hard copies of my visits. Traditions is all around a top shop. |
